Keith Martin

Keith Martin brings 17 years of experience as a business accountant. He has a strong record of advising clients and filing over 600 partnership tax returns each year.

In 2019, Keith and his wife, Erin, acquired Ebenezer Groceries in Ephrata, PA. Their leadership built a solid management team, leading to growth in both sales and customer satisfaction. This success opened the door for Keith to acquire Wenger's Grocery Outlet in 2023.

At Wenger's, Keith uses his management skills to develop a strong team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and remains financially healthy. He aims to expand product offerings and improve prices, all while creating a positive environment for employees.

Outside work, Keith and Erin are passionate about helping children, having adopted two daughters internationally. He loves supporting charities for orphans and at-risk mothers. An avid nature enthusiast, Keith enjoys outdoor adventures and recently hiked across the Grand Canyon. His grandchildren are one of his chief delights, and he never misses an opportunity to spend time together doing things that they enjoy.

Clifford Horst

Clifford Horst is the Wholesale Manager at Wenger's Grocery Outlet, where he plays a key role in growing our wholesale food sales division. Known for his attention to detail and dedication, Clifford is a reliable leader who drives success.

With a background that includes being a small business owner and 19 years in the transportation industry, he developed his expertise in logistics and operations. Before he became the wholesale manager, he managed our freezer department, where he developed valuable insights into the food sector.

Outside of work, Clifford is a food enthusiast who loves cooking steaks, burgers, shrimp, and lobster tails. His passion for quality service and commitment to excellence truly embody the values of Wenger's Grocery Outlet.

Ian Boyle

Ian Boyle is the Store Manager at Wenger's Grocery Outlet, bringing over 15 years of grocery experience with top retailers like Weis Markets, Save-A-Lot, and Lingle's Market. He has held various key roles, from department manager to store manager, where he has developed strong leadership and management skills.

Ian has a graduate degree in Business and Financial Studies from Bloomsburg University, giving him a solid background in business operations. He is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a great shopping experience for the community.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys singing and spending quality time with his family and his daughter. His passion for helping his team grow and succeed makes him a valuable leader at Wenger's Grocery Outlet.

Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is the Assistant Store Manager at Wenger's Grocery Outlet, where he oversees merchandising which includes building eye-catching product displays and overseeing the team that keeps the shelves well-stocked and organized.

With over 15 years in retail, Ryan has held various roles, including Floor Manager at Lewisburg Builders Supply Co., where he increased sales significantly and helped to establish the store as one of the area's leading Milwaukee tool dealerships. His leadership skills shine through in his commitment to creating a well-organized workplace.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bloomsburg University and is ServSafe certified. He believes in providing excellent customer service and views Wenger's as a pillar in the community, providing a diverse selection of low-priced items.

Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his wife and two kids. He also enjoys home improvement and woodworking, showcasing his creative side and dedication to craftsmanship.

Collin Roush

Collin Roush is the Freezer Department Manager at Wenger's Grocery Outlet. He began his career as a CNC operator at Northway Industries Inc., then moved to Lewisburg Builders Supply Co. After a year in the warehouse, he became Warehouse Manager, where he successfully boosted sales by promoting lesser-known products.

Collin joined Wenger's as the Freezer Department Manager, where he takes pride in keeping shelves stocked and introducing new items. He collaborates with his team to ensure everyone knows the latest products and their locations, making their work more efficient.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys bowling, fishing, and spending quality time with his family. He especially loves summer grilling, creating delicious meals for his loved ones. Collin's dedication and teamwork make him a valuable asset at Wenger's Grocery Outlet.

Rhonda Beck

Rhonda Beck brings more than 20 years of retail experience to her role as Deli Manager. She began her career as a cashier at Short Stop Market, where her dedication and strong work ethic led to a promotion to Store Assistant Manager. She later joined Lingle's Market, starting in the deli before quickly advancing to Deli/Bakery Manager—a position she proudly held for 13 years.

Known for her passion for customer service, Rhonda is committed to creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every shopper. She enjoys introducing customers to new products, mentoring her team, and fostering an environment where employees can learn, grow, and succeed.

Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of the outdoors. Whether she's cooking, baking, fishing with her son, or simply enjoying nature, she values the moments spent with the people she loves most.
